M SHAPE 口金手握包

This is my very first try on   口金手握包 . I bought this M shape 口金 from Khun Koh last year. Did not have the time to do it. Since my son's wedding  date is coming soon. I though of sewing a dinner口金手握包for myself. After everything complete , realize i have Realize i have done an error of judgement wrongly. Oops need to rectify the inaccuracy again.

Began to work on the siang yuet homework again with teacher Shinnie, . During the last weekend, i took out the fabrics to mix n match for the background and choose the small pieces of randoms for the applique.

A WATERPROOF DOCTOR BAG 防水布医生包 （客定）

Those of the day, doctor will carry doctor bag for out patient. But now the doctor bags in trends and are  fashion bag where ladies carry it for shopping and ext. I was sorry  had hold of  the order from this pretty friend's doctor bag probably a month already. Last Sunday,tried to squeeze out few hours to Hibernated at home  began on cutting , iron and sewing.

Finally, completed the bag. Last part to sew on the handle. Yahoo, finished..
Look myself at the mirror. Wah, Me 拨头散发。

A BAG FOR MY DAUGHTER

My daughter received an i pad as a gift from her brother to reward her, did well on her SPM last year.

She used to hand carry the i pad and walk towards the tuition center at Petaling Street.( PA tuition)

I as a mom worry her safety and decided to sew a sling bag for her.

During the Raya holiday, i sat for few hours (ops forgotten to look at the time) making these grey purple canvas fabric sling bag for her . ( cant capture the colors from the shoots)

Made another compartment inside to slot in the i pad.

My daughter prefer to have a plain colors. I sew the cotton strap behind the bag, as it would not so plain.

I Attend thread play workshop on 6 and 7th august 2012. 

This is one of  my unfinished project yet. OOoo, me  need to add oil  lol.....

OOPS.........

My heart was broken tis afternoon.  The story was , i had a plan to move on my another country quilt for my son. I went to the shop tis morning  to pick up some fabrics for the background and tree trunk.  Threads for applique as well as quilting. I was happy cos got all the things i want. 

In the afternoon, after lunch. i though of start on my project. Then i took down the ruler( it was hang on the wall) and wanted to put it on the table . But i did not put it proper. it was fell straight on the floor.....
The moment it fell, my heart followed by it......... DOWN, DEEP..Just like in the sea.........
I sat down on it some time..... Perhaps this is my true lesson for me... I shall have more careful and sincere on it.

DESIGN YOUR OWN BAG @ KDU UNIVERSITY COLLEGE

I had a great time yesterday 14th, July, 2012 with all of you, ladies from all the way  to this workshop at KDU. I sincerely thanks to KDU, especially to Pouline and HC Foo on their effort for organize the Zakka workshop.

Thank you ladies for joining this passion, i hope you all enjoyed it.

I  am so glad that i have two friends ( my two angels) who came to give me a helping hand  on this workshop. Really thanks to Betty Teow and Vanda Lim.
